With 1 week more to Christmas, there is little time to make sure you look and feel fabulous this festive season. But better late than never. Here are a few things that can be done right now…

Radiant & Glowing Skin To brighten your face, cleanse, tone and moisturise (Clinique Great Skin 1 - 2 - 3) twice a day including your neck and chest. Gently exfoliate once or twice a week. You’ll get rid of all the dead skin which helps in absorption of your skincare products.
Follow up by massaging your face every other day to regulate your blood flow leaving you with a inner glow. Use your knuckles (held in loose fists) and finger tips to roll and knead your skin.
These movements stimulate your lymphatic drainage on puffy complexions and boost the vital supply of oxygen and nutrients to the skin. Massage used in combination with your skincare products increases their performance.
Once a week, try a mask (The Face Shop - Real Nature Masks) to brighten, clarify and lift skin.
Tip: For a cooling, de-puffing and revitalising treatment straight from your kitchen, wrap a cloth over an ice cream and run it all over your face before applying your makeup. This mini treatment will de-puff and bring an instant rosy glow.

Smoother Décolletage (cleavage area) The skin on your décolletage is really delicate, so be gentle with it. You don’t need special products for that area; simply use the same ones you use on your face
We suggest using a facial toner to help tighten the skin. Followed by applying plenty of moisturiser with an SPF (Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lift and Firm Day Cream Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30) during the day and especially during cold winter months.
Try to avoid exfoliation, as your décolletage is too sensitive. Instead apply a firming mask (La Mer The Lifting and Firming Mask) twice a week for a plumper and more radiant skin. Massage in a circular motion from the center of your chest outward toward the shoulders. Then from the base of your neck upwards toward your chin.
Tip: Don’t apply foundation to this area if you can, it will simply sit in the grooves which can look like u’re ageing. Instead, try using an illuminator (NARS Illuminator) and mix it in with your day cream This will leave an impression of a more radiant skin.
On Christmas Eve, get a manicure and pedicure. We suggest NARS Nail Polish Night Flight and Chanel Le Vernis Purple Rain. Perfect for the Christmas Holidays!
Lastly, get your skin ready the night before with a light exfoliant followed by a moisturising cream.
