1. SLEEP

Getting enough sleep will help recharge your tired body and mind. So catch up on your sleep and sleep earlier. Reading from the laptop screen late into the night makes it more difficult for you to fall asleep.
2. EXFOLIATE

This is a sure way to revive and brighten tired and dull skin. Dead skin cells that make the skin look dull. Exfoliation removes these cells and uncovers fresh skin beneath. You can exfoliate your skin by using a gentle cleansing scrub (usually a paste with fine beads). You may scrub your face 2-3 times a week. To enhance the exfoliation you can use a cleanser, scrub or lotion that contains exfoliating agents like glycolic acid (also known as alpha-hydroxy acid) and lactic acid.
3. HYDRATE

Dehydrated skin looks dull and sallow. Keep you body well hydrated by drinking about 8 glasses or 2 litres of water. If your skin feels dry, apply a moisturizing toner, mask or cream to correct surface dehydration.
4. CHILL

Rub an ice cube all over your face or dunk your face into a basin of ice cold water. Cold water or ice helps to “wake up” or invigorate your skin by stimulating blood flow. Similarly, you can apply chilled skin care products like masks and moisturizers but the chilling invigorating effect will be less.

Using a concealer makeup is a trick to hide tired skin. It can camouflage dark eye circles and brighten up dull, tired skin.
