Directions: Dilute the honey with double the amount of water. Massage it well into your face once every fortnight.
3. Milk
Want to have soft and smooth skin? Use milk to wash your face or as a facial mask.
4. Ice Cubes
Massaging ice cubes into your skin will firm and tighten up you skin. This will make your face look smaller.
Hye Kyo believes that in order to have beautiful skin, it is important to have a healthy diet. She steers clear from chocolates, soft drinks, black tea and junk foods. Her diet comprises of mainly vegetables, fruits and fish. Her favourite dish? Pumpkin, as it is good for health and decreases body swelling. She recommends starting the day with two glasses of water in order to drink at least 1.5 litres of water every day.
